Raise a Dispute
You are now preparing to raise a dispute.
Open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 7 calendar days after receiving the car.
The Purchaser has a set number of 7 (seven) days to inspect the merchandise with the option to accept or reject it. If not approved, the Purchaser will raise a dispute and enter the dispute resolution process. The refund will take place after a period of 1 business day, starting from the moment we receive your details.
The seller is responsible for paying the courier charges, as stated in the contract.
To request a refund, please give your personal details, refference number, and tell us how you made your original payment.
